Recipe: Spicy Northern Thai Pork with Tomato (Nam Prik Ong)
  1. Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil in a pan, 200 g minced pork and the content of this packet. Stir-well until cooked.
  2. Add ½ cup (120 ml) water. Stir and heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with coriander leaves, cucumber, cabbage or fresh vegetables as desired.
