Recipe: Kaeng Ka Ree

  1. Heat the Skillet and add 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk and content of this packet together.
  2. Add 250 g sliced beef or chicken and stir-fry until done. 
  3. Add 1 cup (240 ml) water and bring to a boil. (For tastier and creamier curry, substitute water by coconut milk or milk)
  4. Add some potatoes and onions.
  5. Add fish sauce to taste. Cook until tender and remove from heat.
