Selling a handheld folding fan that appears hand painted. The fan is primarily black, and features beautiful flowers. I believe it is made out of bamboo wood and fabric based on what I can find online, but I do not know much more about the fan. The fan when opened measures about 38 cm or 15 inches. When closed it is 9.5 inches tall. There is no damage to the fan other than some small fraying around the edges and some of the fabric needing to be better attached to one of the wood pieces. Please see the pictures for the best description of the fan and its condition!
