This is a beautiful rare Howard’s American Magazine published back December of 1899. It was “Devoted To The Educational, Religious, Industrial, Social, and Political Progress Of The Colored Race”. It includes unbelievable stories including The Frederick Douglass Medallion, Avery College Trade School and much more. There are also some fascinating black and white photos and illustrations. The softcover book is 65 pages plus a few pages of amazing advertisements. This skinny softcover book has light corner wear and some dark discoloration at the top left side of the front cover. The top of the spine of the book is tearing away and has wear and a little bit of paper loss as well due to age and use (please see pics). Good luck !
