Offers – Price and Speculative offers sent in messages will be politely ignored.   Reasonable offers are welcome when submitted through ebay using the "Make Offer" button.  If there is no “Make Offer” button within the listing, the watch is priced to sell and the advertised price is the best we can offer when purchased through eBay.

International Bidders – Postage only to countries which are listed within the listing.  International postage will only be through eBay Global Shipping Network who automatically calculate postage.  Please check for any import duties, taxes and charges as these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns Policy – We believe you will be delighted with your purchase however there will be occasion when you feel it necessary to return your watch.  Please get in touch if you have any issues.  If you are not happy with your watch, we offer 14 day no hassle returns.  A full refund will be issued only where the watch is in the same condition as sold, and complete with all accessories.  Where watches have been worn, damaged, or returned without all accessories, a deduction of between 10% and 50% will be made.

Part Exchange - We cannot offer part exchange against watches sold though eBay.  We may be able to make on offer for your watch through our website as a separate transaction.  We do not offer a consignment or re-sale service.

Postage – Watches will only be posted upon receipt of full cleared payment.  Watches are usually dispatched the next working day and are always sent using a fully insured, tracked, and signed for service.  Collection is not available.
