Union 76 water transfer decal made by Angelus Transfers for the Anson W. Thompson Company, Los Angeles, California.

There are instructions for how to apply the decal on the back. From what I've read these were given out at sporting events and as premiums at local gas stations and in the California area for sports fans, alumni, etc from the early 1930's thru the early 50's. 

Measures approximately 2.25" X 7"

Has signs of storage wear. May have edge tears, curling, creasing, chipping, age toning and yellowing, decal loss, writing on back or other signs of wear/damage. Functionality of decal is unknown due to its age. 

Union made these for CA., WA., NV., AZ., ID., OR., UT. and Canadian cities (Seen 8 that have "Made in USA" on font) and 2 from Mexico, CA school mascots, CA colleges, CA Census Designated Places, CA events, cardinal directions for certain cities, regions and more.
