- Blanch rice vermicelli (100 g), beansprouts and water spinach or vegetable of your choice in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- Boil 2 cups (480 ml) water and add the content of this packet.
- Add 200 g sliced meat of your choice such as sliced beef, sliced chicken, sliced pork and meatballs. Boil until cooked.
- In a bowl, arranged blanched rice vermicelli and vegetables. Pour soup over, sprinkle fried garlic, chopped spring onion and coriander leaves on and serve.
