This is the Lima Model 208100 Electric Locomotive DB 103 110-3.

It is ho gauge with a cab #723511.

The unit HAS been bench-tested and the motor works in both directions. The locomotive could use a good cleaning and the brass wheels certainly should be buffed for better conductivity; but I do not see any actual damage or issues. The pantographs can be raised and lowered.
