You would then need to arrange an alternative collection date with the correct size vehicle. In addition, please ensure to
purchase and pay for all of the parts you require BEFORE arriving to collect as we will not be able to assist in additional
parts on the day. If you are unsure if we have the part in stock, please send us an eBay message with your query and we will
get back to you as soon as possible.
Orders placed and paid for before 10am will be dispatched the same day.
Order placed and paid for after 10am will be dispatched within 1 working day day.
(We send most of our small items on a next day shipping service)
Most items show signs of wear & tear, these may include minor scratches, grease or dirt marks and require cleaning.
We can offer shipping on most items, sent bubble wrapped and in a box where applicable (excluding larger items such as panels, doors etc), please just send us a message with your postcode to receive a quote.

When you have paid for you part, you will receive a message stating that your item will be added to the following mornings part removals list. Once inspected, we will be in touch to confirm a convenient date and time for you to collect your item and hand over our address.
Before arrival, please ensure you have a suitable vehicle to transport your parts as we will not be able to offer a refund for this reason, you would need to arrange alternative transportation of the item. When you arrive at our yard, please wait at our gate to be let inside, once inside, please park on the left hand side and report to the main office to state your name and the part you are collecting, it is at this point we will need your 6-DIGIT COLLECTION CODE.

Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Parts
To be eligible for a return, the part must meet the following criteria:
Uninstalled & Unused: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been damaged, installed, bolted on or greased.
Original Packaging: The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging (if applicable).
Complete: All clips, gaskets, hardware, and instruction manuals must be included.
Fitment Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for verifying fitment before purchase. Please match your original part number or VIN with the listing description. If you are unsure, contact us with your VIN before buying!
This part has been visually inspected & checked for obvious damage. Not all features can be fully tested, especially electrical or sensor-based components. Hidden damage may also be present that cannot be identified.
Where we try and get the colour code upon initial inspection, please note this is not always possible therefore if you do require this, please send us a message and we will look into this for you.
