Vintage S.Haller Anniversary Clock Simonswald Germany Dome/Key Spares or Repairs

The pendulum works, and the clock works while the pendulum is rotating.  The key doesn't turn, so it may have been over wound.  The acrylic dome is in good condition. There are a few scuffs that should polish out.   The base is tarnishing.   See photos
