First unfolding provides key information on the city (transport/finance/medical etc). The second unfold reveals a map of Freestone county before the last unfold gives a map of Fairfield, Texas in the United States of America, with key features identified.
The 'cover' fold opens up to give the names of the Chamber of Commerce members at the time.
