Item: US Air Force USAF Vietnam Thai In-Country Badged Jungle Jacket

Size/Measurements: The shirt is a Size Small Regular, and measures 21" from underarm to underarm across the chest, 17 3/4" from shoulder to shoulder across the back, 30 3/8" from the collar/body seam to the bottom of the hem down the back, and with an 8 5/8" short sleeve from the shoulder. The back was "taken in" and the sleeves shortened by a tailor during the war, as was frequently done.

Markings: "U.S. AIR FORCE" and "PARR" Thai machine embroidered subdued BOS tab and name tape at the left and right chest, respectively. Thai machine embroidered subdued USAF E-3 rank chevrons at the sleeves.

Condition: This jungle jacket is in Very Good Condition. A few small holes at the middle left front and the lower left front. A few letters and numbers hand penned on the size and nomenclature tags. A bit of spot soiling around the back neck. A small hole at the back left underarm. A light even fade. Classic 4 front pocket design with the top two slanted inward at a jaunty angle. Sports all of the original dimpled OD plastic buttons throughout. OD ripstop 100% cotton construction. Dated 1969 on the original nomenclature tag inside.
