Warranty Policy
All parts we sell carry a minimum of 24 months or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless the listing states otherwise. If a part develops a fault within that period, contact us through eBay messages with a description of the fault and we will advise on the return.
Warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect fitting, misuse, accidental damage, modification, poor maintenance, electrical overload, contamination, or customer-induced damage.
Parts must be fitted by a competent person and used only for their intended vehicle/application. We may request photos, diagnostic information, fitting evidence, or an inspection before accepting a warranty claim.
Warranty does not cover labour costs, recovery costs, loss of use, consequential losses, or any costs not agreed by us in advance.
If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate resolution in line with eBay policy and the item’s warranty terms.
