Not everyone knows that this tube has very similar characteristics to the 12AY7/6072; the gain is almost identical, and it is also very similar to the 12AT7/ECC81.
We have tested this tube in hundreds of amplifiers using 12AY7s, and 100% of our customers prefer this 6414 tube because its performance is superb, with significant improvements.
These are tubes of extremely high sonic quality, superior to the classic 12AY7 or 12AT7.
