Postmarked in Dodge City, Kansas, on July 29, 1907, postcard, measuring 3 3/4 by 5 3/8 inches, features Buster Brown and dog Tige, who says, "I'm going to get cool clothes at York-Key Mercantile Co." Theme of card 948 is "Cooling Off" with ice cream since it is August 1907. Reverse side advertises Barker Brand linen collars and cuffs with the Athlete model selling 2 for 25 cents.

Card has some edge wear and minor creasing. The right side seems cut off as you cannot fully read the message.
