To celebrate the film's 35th anniversary, Terminator 2: Judgment Day returns to theaters nationwide for a limited engagement from August 28 through September 2, 2026. Timed to coincide with the film's infamous August 29, 2026 "Judgment Day," this special event gives audiences the opportunity to experience James Cameron's groundbreaking sci-fi masterpiece back on the big screen in newly restored 4K, 3D, and select 35mm presentations.
Directed by James Cameron, Terminator 2: Judgment Day stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, Edward Furlong, and Robert Patrick. Widely regarded as one of the greatest action films ever made, the movie revolutionized visual effects while delivering unforgettable characters, spectacular action sequences, and one of cinema's most iconic villains in the T-1000.
These narrow mylar banners were traditionally displayed above theater auditorium entrances, making them a unique and highly collectible piece of modern theatrical advertising.
