Returns: Original and return postage is non-refundable. We reserve the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. We also reserve the right to deduct a fee equal to 25% if the buyer purchases an incompatible product (eg wrong size phone case) through not reading the listing description carefully. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. 

Please check full compatibility and suitability prior to buying. This is not a trial, test or try before you buy listing. No returns accepted for these reasons or change of mind purchases. If payment is not received within 72 hours of auction style listings ending, buyers are automatically reported, sale cancelled and the item re-listed. 

Please note, I am not a shop, change of mind returns are NOT accepted. This sale is not an opportunity just to try out the product. So please only purchase if you intend to keep the product. 

Fraud Prevention: All serial numbers are recorded & photographed. Photos are also taken of packed parcels. This is to prevent swap out returns and fake claims. 

IMPORTANT - We do not post to PO Boxes, Petrol Stations & overseas forwarding services. 

DELIVERY ADDRESSES: We do not cover loss or damage for items posted to PO Boxes, Petrol Stations & overseas forwarding services - if your delivery address is for delivery/collection to one of these addresses we will not refund if the item is lost or damaged. It will be the buyers responsibility to claim from the delivery company and/or the service address company. 

However, we do deliver to established services offered by Argos, Sainsbury’s, Asda and other major retailers. 

If item is damaged or lost in post, a Royal Mail/Courier claim will have to be made by the buyer. Or I can make the claim and the refund will only be made when claim is settled. Packaging will need to be kept, including shipping box, photo proof of damage will be needed, and any damage reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

Any warranty claims will be down to the buyer to deal direct with the original manufacturer, at their own expense. I cannot guarantee warranty claims will be honoured in all circumstances, as not all manufacturers allow warranties on ex-demo products. 

If an item is used or second hand it will be detailed next to 'Condition' above.
