Carlos Checa xlite x-801 race helmet from 2004 when he rode for fortuna yamaha in moto gp

As you can see the rubber trim at the bottom of the helmet at the front has some damage which is common on these older xlite helmets as the rubber becomes brittle after all the helmet is 22 years old now. please look at the pictures as they show this clearly

Also the foam interior is deteriorating which if you collect race worn helmets you will be familiar with this
