This scarce book was published back in 1988, and this is the 3rd printing from 1990,

Book is mostly text with a few drawings from children from Father Flanagan's Boys' Town.

There is a list after the Table of Contents called Index of Figures. This index is made of text boxes throughout the book, each describing a certain topic pertaining to Sexual Child Abuse of Foster Children.
