It has a broad panel ruffle design to the full hemline. It is in a quality polyester lightweight fabric in a Black & multicoloured floral style design throughout.  It can be worn for any occasion. It measures 19 inches pit to pit and it measures 34 inches shoulder to  hem. It is size 12. It has been worn a twice only and it is in excellent condition.
