United States

All orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that applicable import duties and shipping-related carrier fees are prepaid and included in the shipping cost.

Orders to the United States are shipped via Japan Post with tracking and may take approximately 7–14 days for delivery.

Canada & Mexico

Orders shipped to Canada and Mexico are sent via Japan Post Light Packet Airmail. Delivery may take a few additional days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that buyers in Canada and Mexico are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

Other International Destinations

Orders to destinations such as Oceania, Israel, South America, and other eligible countries are generally shipped via UPS Expedited Airmail with full tracking.

Orders shipped to China and the Philippines are sent via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).
