Condition: Very good vintage condition, particularly considering the book is over 40 years old. The pages have naturally yellowed/age-toned over time, as clearly shown in the photographs. Otherwise, the book is exceptionally clean. I can see no highlighting, underlining or handwritten annotations, and it appears to have been unread or only very lightly read.
There is some minor age-related wear to the cover and edges, but overall this is a very well-preserved copy of the 1983 first Ballantine printing.
