SHIPPING
These are placed in a clear cellophane bag and sealed. This will then be wrapped in bubblewrap and shipped from the UK in either a cardboard mailer or cardboard box. Sorry, but due to size and weight we cannot offer a discount on shipping fees if you buy more than one.
International buyers - orders will be sent by eBay’s Global Shipping Programme only. International buyers are responsible for any customs or duty taxes. No warranty or returns.
Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Returns. If you choose to start a return on eBay, the original and return postage is non-refundable. We reserve the right to deduct a fee equal to 25% if the buyer purchases the incorrect product and/or decides to return for any other reason. Any returned product that is damaged during return shipping, through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Returns for graded cards that show any signs of damage or tampering with the sealed slab case will be rejected.
Please check full suitability prior to buying. This is not a trial, test or try before you buy listing. No returns accepted for change of mind purchases or other reasons. If payment is not received within 72 hours of auction style listings ending, buyers are automatically reported, sale cancelled and the item re-listed. Please only purchase if you intend to keep the product.
Fraud Prevention: All serial numbers (where appropriate) and packing details are recorded & photographed. Photos are also taken of packed parcels. This is to prevent swap out returns and fraudulent claims.
IMPORTANT - We do not post to PO Boxes, Petrol Stations & overseas forwarding services. If your order is received with this address it is shipped at the buyers risk and/or can be cancelled at our discretion.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES: We do not cover loss or damage for items posted to PO Boxes, Petrol Stations, Retail Shop Collections & overseas forwarding services - if your delivery address is for delivery/collection to one of these addresses we will not refund if the item is lost or damaged. It will be the buyers responsibility to claim from the delivery company and/or the service address company.
However, we do deliver to established services offered by Argos, Sainsbury’s, Asda and other major retailers.
If item is damaged or lost in post, a Royal Mail/Courier claim will have to be made by the buyer. Or I can make the claim and the refund will only be made when claim is settled. Packaging will need to be kept, including shipping box, photo proof of damage will be required, and any damage reported within 24 hours of delivery.
IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
If you are purchasing from outside of the UK, the buyer is responsible for paying any local taxes & duties levied. This applies to all purchases outside the UK. For Europe, there may also be a €3 duty, plus EU handling fee levied by your country. These fees are outside of our control.

Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked & Insured Service or Tracked Insured Courier for larger items. Orders valued at £150 or higher are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please note: We have all our parcels collected. This can sometimes delay them showing up on tracking websites by 24-48 hours. Orders paid for after 3pm Friday are sometimes not dispatched/collected until the following Monday.
