Unused  new but may have crease marks from being in an album

Used looks like unused but may have marks or creases beyond being in an album, possibly cut slightly shorter.

Off Cap means been on cap , shortened and may have marks from use. Some times has bow still tied.

Cut is normally cut down to less than half original length, normally to name only.
