A matching pair of prints by Charles Britt called Classic Tulips, These are exquisite prints with a jet black background which contrasts beautifully with the white of the Tulip unfortunately the photos don’t show beautiful contrast or just how striking they are, They are framed in lovely matching gold frames with a slight bronze affect that match the inner surround all of which add to the beauty of these prints. Charles Britt is an American photographer and most of his work and exhibitions are in America and Canada, These are very rare especially as a pair, The classic tulip series is made up of just 2 pictures (these 2) see the labels in the pictures and very much in keeping with his usual work and style of white tulips.
These are in the excellent condition and have always been kept out of sunlight so there is no fading to distract from the contrast of the subject
