This watch is currently my daily wear as I like it so much. I've owned the previous slightly smaller model (the 600) too but due to customer demand, GSX made the hairy chested, larger size (40m) mans  601. Designed by GORI & Syn_Kubo and as far as I can tell, not sold outside of Japan.

Like the 600, it is based on the cushion case popular in the 1940s from many manufacturers. Easy to read, with a good weight, it is a timeless design. Equipped with the revolutionary "AUTOGENA" self-generating movement, boasting to have a 6-month power reserve on a full charge. Fitted with a sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating. Average monthly accuracy of ±20 seconds. Its luminous material in the hands and dial detail is bright at night but not a stark white during the day, giving it a vintage-inspired feel.

Combining the features of both automatic and quartz watches, Autogena is a "self-contained energy system"
