This is the FRM350-BK, the current model of Paul Gilbert's signature model, the "Fireman."

The Fireman features a unique body shape, characteristic of Paul Gilbert, born from the idea of ​​inverting Ibanez's famous Iceman. While its distinctive look is eye-catching, its design is surprisingly classical, employing a 24.75-inch scale, 22 frets, set-in neck, and fixed bridge. Equipped with two DiMarzio Air Classic pickups, it offers a humbucker sound that maintains clarity while providing excellent thickness and sustain.

One of its most distinctive features is the magnetic slide bar holder located near the cutaway on the treble side. This is an idea that Paul Gilbert himself had long favored, and it has been incorporated into the product specifications, making it a practical and playful mechanism that allows for quick switching to the slide bar even while playing.
