This is a Lincoware Enamelware and Brass 2 qt. Dutch Oven with Lid.  It has a Tulip French Fleur pattern.  It has brass handles, knob and rim.   It is in excellent condition and looks like it has never been used.  There is a teensy chip on the enamel near the knob (see pictures 7 and 8).  It is 7-3/4" high to top of knob on lid and 8-3/4" in diameter across the top not counting handles
