This is a beautiful antique framed lithographic print featuring the prominent British statesman, Rt. Hon. Joseph Chamberlain. This iconic image was originally designed as a woodcut portrait by the celebrated English artist Sir William Nicholson in 1897 and published in his highly acclaimed portfolio series at the turn of the century.

The artwork features Nicholson's signature minimalist style, utilizing bold, heavy black ink outlines paired with subtle, muted ochre and cream tones to create a powerful, block-like graphic aesthetic characteristic of the era.

Collection Only Items
