Item Description

Taylor BT1e Baby Taylor (no260822)

A used Baby Taylor BT1e, manufactured in 2022, has arrived. Despite its compact 3/4 size, it offers a genuine Taylor sound.

The "Baby Taylor" is a highly popular model in Taylor's lineup, known for its compact size and excellent portability. This BT1e model is a highly practical electric-acoustic guitar, featuring a pickup system in a body that condenses a standard-sized acoustic guitar into approximately 3/4 size.

Main specifications include a solid Sitka spruce top, layered walnut sides and back, hard rock maple neck, ebony fingerboard bridge, approximately 578mm (22-3/4 inch) scale length, and approximately 42.8mm nut width.

It also features Taylor's proprietary "ES-B" pickup system. In addition to volume and tone controls, it has a built-in chromatic tuner, making it suitable for playing when connected to an amplifier or PA system. ES-B models from 2022 and earlier feature a system combining three piezo sensors positioned behind the saddle with an onboard preamp.

[Condition]There are dents, scratches, and tarnishing on the metal parts, showing age-appropriate wear and tear. There is a moderate bulge under the bridge on the top.

The neck has a very slight forward bow. The string height at the 12th fret is approximately 2.4mm on the 6th string side and approximately 1.8mm on the 1st string side, and it is currently playable. The truss rod has been checked and is functional up to 60 degrees in both directions, and there are currently no problems with its adjustment function. The frets have sufficient height for playing, and approximately 60% of the fret life remains.
