PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR COMIC CONDITION: I am not a grader so I will add what obvious flaws I see here: There are a few tears in the bottom edge of front cover about 2-3mm long and a very small piece out of the top edge of front cover about 1mm wide and 1mm deep. The front cover also has a few creases in the cover including one in the lower right quadrant.
