Scuffs and scratches to the watch face, the bezel, sides and back have light scuffing. The band top is in very good condition, there is some scuffing on the stretch scissor area, the underside is in great condition. The top of the band  is 10k rolled gold and the bottom is stainless steel. The case is marked 14K filled, the crown extends and adjusts with ease, it also winds and second hand is consistent. Keeps decent time but has not been professionally serviced so no guarantee on accuracy.
