Here’s a nice WW2 era US Army Women's Air Corps Officer tunic.

The tunic remains in fair condition overall, with only one very minor area of moth damage on the back, shown in the photos. Chocolate brown style wool exterior, which shows scattered dust age, visible in the photos. This example is complete with a 9th Air Corps and basic Army Air Corps insignias on the shoulders, which look to be hand sewn in place. Additionally, there are 2 overseas bars in bullion on the sleeve. The interior pocket tag has this tunic marked as a Army Nurse Corps tunic, though the cut is identical to an Air Corps example, and it is possible this example was period used as needed, or possibly restored by a prior collector. Interior lining overall in nice condition with light signs of wear. Marked as a size 12R on the collar tag. Measures 18 inches from pit to pit, and the sleeves measures 23 inches long. Overall this is a nice uniform for reenacting or a mannequin display!
