No returns accepted on clothing/shoes/accessories due to size or color...read measurements and details beforehand
If item needs returned, buyer must contact beforehand for  "Returned Merchandise Code" (RMC) and  Item must be returned in condition sent...

All items are stored off-premises in a storage facility as I live in a small apt. 
I use recycled boxes and other packing supplies when available...
         I clean/spray all with disinfectant and air  If notice undesirable scent, I apologize.
Item generally ships within 24 hrs. of cleared payment, though site says 2 days for my protection due to storage

I ship USPS --- occasionally FedEx if package is too large for my box or is Heavy

As a courtesy, I send notification message so that you know item has shipped or if I have encountered any problems.
