The Top is size 16 but as it does up with laces and will need a camisole underneath it would probably also fit an 18 or even a 14. Long sleeved with ruffles along neckline and front opening and waist and long sleeves with ruffle elasticated cuffs. 

The Skirt Size 18 is really lovely- very flattering ruched at the front and rear and a ruffle hem which sits just above the knee or on the knee if you are short like me. (5 ft 2) Rear zip fastening. No waist band. Fully lined.

I bought this out fit for a wedding but changed my mind, so never worn.
