Orange hard cloth cover, 38 pages. Page paper is quite thick. Beautiful vivid color illustrations throughout.  

Interesting historical narrative at the beginning of how the story may have come about.  

All pages are intact. Cover has some wear at corners, edges and spine from handling and light exposure. Twine binding is solid with some slight separation of the back cover at the inner spine - see photos.  Some foxing at top of title page. Light pencil(?) line at bottom of page 36 and small smudge near bottom of page 20 - see photos.

12" x 8.5" x 3/8" thick.  A great collector's item.
