We do not accept returns unless there is an error in our listing.

We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake (this sometimes happens).

All items and/or packaging are stamped with an ultraviolet (invisible) ink. This stamp does not affect the functionality or value of the item.

We cannot offer any warranties, expressed or implied under any circumstances.

Shipping and Handling

All items are shipped within the 1-2 business day (excluding public holidays and weekends) after payment is received.

We offer a combined shipping rate on all transactions. Please request before making any payments.

We are not responsible for transit time. Delivery times may vary between metropolitan, rural and international countries, particularly during holiday periods or extreme weather conditions.

We can offer for urgent items additional postage services such as Express Post, International Express Post, Domestic and International Courier Services at an additional cost. Please contact us if you require this service.

All items being delivered by courier must be sent to a street address only. The courier is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Items will only sent to registered eBay addresses.

Import duties, taxes, tariffs and chargers are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. (Please check with your individual country customs to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing).

We cannot offer pick up?s under any circumstances.

We include a once off postage and handling fee in your postage cost which will cover all the cost associated with the packaging material and labour costs to send your item/s.

Free Express Shipping

We offer free express shipping on purchase/sale values of $500.00 AUD per transaction excluding postage fees within Australia only.

Free international express shipping will be offer on purchase/sale values of $2,000.00 AUD per transaction excluding postage fees.

If your transaction is within this range, wait for us to send you an amended invoice. Do not make any payments until you receive the invoice with free shipping on it.

Packaging Types & Condition

To set proper expectations for your purchase, we utilise a few different types of packaging depending on the item:

A. NEW - Manufacturer Packaging
Products arrive with the manufacturer's packaging still intact. In some cases, packaging may be opened for photography or video purposes; however, all products remain brand new and unused. While we ship items in the manufacturer?s original packaging whenever available, please note that some packaging may be aged or show noticeable to significant wear?including dust, marks, fading, or other cosmetic imperfections. Instruction manuals and inserts are included when available but may not always be supplied. These do not affect the quality, authenticity, or performance of the product itself.

B. NEW (New Never Used) - Custom Packaging
When the manufacturer's packaging suffers defects or scrapes, we replace it with customised packaging to ensure the safety of the products. Rest assured that these products are brand-new, never used.

C. USED - In-House
The manufacturer's packaging is no longer available, so these used products are shipped using in-house packaging. We guarantee that all used products are re-inspected by our team before shipping to ensure they are in good condition.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Payment is to be finalised within 7 days of purchasing the item, unless prior arrangements had been made.

If no payment or contact has been received within the first 7 days a Non-Payment Bidder will be lodged with eBay.

If the buyer does not finalise the transaction or make contact within the next 7 days of the Non-Payment Bidder being lodged, the transaction will be cancelled without any further notification from us. The item will be re-listed for sale on eBay.

By entering a bid or selecting Buy It Now, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase the item described within the listing. Please do not bid if you are unable to comply with the terms of the sale and eBay policies.
