Petree.  Softcover, no pub. date but believe 1981, 130 pages.  Very good condition.  The story of professional baseball in Oklahoma City from the 1904 Oklahoma City Metropolitans (the Mets) into 1981 as the 89ers.  The book covers the sport from 1904 into the 1950s, then the story of the OKC 89ers and then what was called Goodtime Baseball that started in 1976.  89ers stats in a section at the end of the book.  Some well-known ballplayers who came out of OKC teams include Ryne Sandberg, J.R. Richard and Juan Gonzalez.  Team names included the Mets, Indians, Senators, Boosters, then 89ers until the 1980s.  Lots of photos of the players.  Hard to find local history book.  Shipping weight less than 1 pound.
