CONDITION: THIS PIECE IS SOLD AS IT WAS ACQUIRED. IT IS UNFINISHED. THE BOTTOM HEM IS ABSENT AND I SUSPECT THAT A LACE FLOUNCE WAS INTENDED TO RUN ALL THE WAY AROUND
THE LACE ON THE FRONT IS JUST A FRAGMENT AND SHOWS SPLITTING, I PERSONALLY WOULD REMOVE AND REPLACE THE LACE
THERE ARE TWO LARGE HOLES ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT SIDE REAR SKIRT WITH A VERY LIGHT AGE COLOR SEEN TO THE LEAVES ON THE BOTTOM REAR RIGHT SIDE
