Includes the oem release cable and the steel hinge pin as well as the label – all not included on the oem version from Hill Rom – Functions as follows - Component Locking: Secures structural sections such as the expanding width or length panels.Safety Retention: Prevents accidental shifting or sliding when the bed is configured for wider bariatric patients.Frame Adjustment: Works in tandem with the latch lever and cable plate to lock the foot slide or side panels seamlessly into designated positions
