This is a stone statue of Akshobhya (Ashuku Nyorai).
Akshobhya is a Buddha of the East revered in Mahayana and Esoteric Buddhism. His name signifies "immovability," and he is believed to bestow a steadfast heart—unswayed by anger or temptation—and a pure wisdom that reflects reality exactly as it is.
It bears a fine patina characteristic of its age.
