Some additional details since USPS has been a bit inconsistent lately...

Packaging:  Penny sleeve inside of a  “Card Saver”, Then wrapped in the packing slip and inserted into a standard #6 (3.5’ x 6”) envelope.
Note: I do not ship in Top Loaders, since these are stiffer and USPS randomly returns these as “non-machinable”
Postage: First Class USPS “eBay Standard Envelope for eligible items up to $20”.
This does technically provide tracking, but USPS is quite haphazard with updating the tracking.

Timing: I see a number of cases where USPS delivers three business days after I mail the card, but a full week is not unusual. And there is the occasional delivery that takes two full weeks – and without the tracking being updated. And in February 2026 an Alan Trammel card I mailed inexplicably took a full three weeks (arriving a day after I provided a full refund)
