Brand new and unused QED MB44 Transmatch 5-Way Loudspeaker Distribution Switch, made in England.

A high-quality speaker distribution and switching unit designed to allow up to five pairs of 4–8 Ohm loudspeakers to be connected to a single stereo amplifier while helping maintain a safe amplifier load.

The MB44 uses impedance-matching transformers for the additional speaker outputs. The main A output bypasses the transformers, providing a direct signal path for the primary pair of speakers.
