Beautiful vintage Emperor Clock Company bracket/mantel clock featuring a genuine West German Erhard Jauch mechanical movement.

The 9 75 marking appears consistent with a 1975 production/date code, making this a great mid-1970s example.

The clock features an attractive traditional wooden bracket-style case with carrying handle, hinged glass front door, ornate brass-tone dial, Roman numerals and the classic “Tempus Fugit” (“Time Flies”) medallion above the dial.

The mechanical movement uses multiple chime rods visible inside the rear of the case.

TESTED & WORKING: The clock has been wound and tested and is currently running and chiming. As with any approximately 50-year-old mechanical clock, long-term accuracy and future service intervals cannot be guaranteed.
