Vintage art deco style mid-century sculpture of an elegant greyhound or whippet wearing a gold color depicted laying down with his head raised. Made of a heavy solid metal that looks to be bronze (magnets do not stick to it), the statue measures about 4" tall, a little over 8" long, and 2" wide, and is a bronze/black in color. The can of Coke is for a sizing reference. Has an "X" engraved on the bottom of his front paws-maybe a makers mark??? He is in gently used vintage condition. Nice piece for lovers of dogs-especially of sleek greyhounds and whippets!
