You are only buying the Card listed in the TITLE 

Combined Shipping;  Is good for multiple purchases over a 3 days period. Once 3 days are up you will get a combine invoice for all your purchases. So do not pay until you get that invoice. Once a shipping label is printed I can not give you the shipping discount so do not pay until you get your invoice.
