I have been a model train lover and collector for over 70 years and a member of the Train Collectors Association since 1974 (74-7180).  The statements about condition and completeness of this item are based on my personal review of its merits and deficiencies.

  • If a legitimate return is required, I'll pay the return shipping fees (*international shipping exceptions see below). If you think a return may be necessary, please let me know prior to initiating it with eBay.  Returned items must be the exact item you purchased without damage or alteration. Please re-use the original shipping box and packing material.  No compensation for returns will be made until the item is safely retuned to my possession.
  • If payment is received early enough in a business day, I'll ship the same day.  If timing doesn't work, it will go out the next business day.

TAXES

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International Shipping will be only via the eBay International Shipping Program, with items shipped by me to Glendale Heights, IL.
  • While I welcome international sales through the eBay Global Shipping Program, *if an item legitimately needs to be returned for any reason, I will not reimburse the buyer for shipping costs beyond those incurred to ship the item from my store to Glendale Heights, IL.
