How to use:

Heat water to about 85 degrees centigrade. Submerge the tray holding it by the flap, the thermo-forming trays are very heat sensitive and will be ready within just 5-7 seconds, please do not keep it in the hot water for more than 9 seconds. (please note that overheating shrinks the trays beyond use). Place the softened tray into your mouth and bite down whilst at the same time pressing it against the front of your mouth with your fingers.
