Front: “Code Name Outback — Survivalist” heading, color portrait, SURVIVAL shirt graphic, G.I. Joe logo, character biography and excerpt from 1969 U.S. Army Ranger Handbook using S.U.R.V.I.V.A.L. Back: portion of original cardback with blue panel, character art, “FREE BATTLE RIBBON INSIDE” text and H-1 marking. Condition: file card only, stored in clear plastic sleeve. Great for collectors.
