Original copy in the hardback covers, with treasure-tags to hold the pages in place (so that these could be amended and/or removed) - Updated to Amendment List 104 in 1974 - Title is over 3 inches thick, which gives you some idea of how many pages it contains
This was a document used on site , so has the wear and tear you would expect from a working/maintenance environment (marks on pages, tears etc.), but it remains very legible.
